Meditation Made Easy – An Intro to Meditation for Busy Entrepreneurs

We all know that having a mindfulness practice is important, but who has time for that? We will dip our toes into different types of meditation so you can figure out what your jam is ASAP!
We will be practicing three types of meditation, guided, chanting and silent, all facilitated by Cheryl Sutherland.
We will be sitting in chairs, so please bring anything that will assist your comfort level such as a light blanket or small support pillow. There will be time for optional connecting afterwards.
